Digital Experience Specialist – Australia and New Zealand

Key responsibilities:

  • The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of operations, merchandising on site, technical & functional online content, and execution of conversion-driving initiatives (promotions, product, season launches etc.) across icebreaker's owned property (icebreaker.com) and third party digital marketplaces like Amazon.

  • As the in-region digital subject matter expert, the Digital Experience Specialist will work closely with the wider ecommerce team to drive revenue & profitability by relentlessly A/B testing content, features etc and using data and insights to create a seamless online shopping journey.

  • Operating in a cross-functional organization consisting of marketing, operations, merchandising, website development, and customer service, the Digital Experience Specialist will own the operations, maintenance and optimisation of all online content and user experience enhancements.

  • This role will collaborate closely with the global digital and marketing teams to ensure ongoing BAU support as well as playing a pivotal role in building the long term digital roadmap.

Who you are:

  • Equivalent of 3- or 4-years’ experience in eCom/digital in a matrixed environment preferred

  • Hands on experience working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud – including loading content assets, managing product assortments on site and managing promotional activities.

  • Experience with web optimisation tools – A/B testing, conducting experiments with clear insights to drive improved conversion rates and average order value (AOV)

  • Hands on experience with web analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Content Square or equivalent)

  • Highly data-driven and analytical; capable of independently performing and presenting business insights and constructing business cases for new opportunities.

  • Experience managing inventory, product assortment, campaigns and brand activity on marketplaces like Amazon.

  • Exceptional relationship management skills

  • Strong problem-solving capability and skill

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Fluency in English is essential.
