Eastpak Global is looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Creative & Strategy Manager to join our Brand Marketing team based in Antwerp, Belgium, to support continued growth for our Global Eastpak and JanSport EMEA businesses .

Let’s talk about the role!

As Senior Brand Creative & Strategy Manager you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and tone of voice for Eastpak, the world’s leading backpack and luggage brand, developing and steering the global brand strategic direction into engaging and compelling consumer facing campaigns that inspire and connect with our global audience.

A brave and visionary leader in the Brand Marketing team, and working very closely with the Eastpak Product and Digital teams you will use your creative eye to develop the Eastpak global brand identity and campaigns to support the continued growth of the brand and introduce seasonal collections, key initiatives and special projects (for example our world famous collaborations) to our global communities in both physical and digital spaces.

You will also be responsible for translating the Global JanSport creative direction to the EMEA markets, helping to continue to build better brand connections, awareness and growth. Your creative vision should influence the Global brand strategy for both brands and develop key brand initiatives into compelling briefs that will drive our external creative agencies to deliver eye-catching, scroll-stopping campaigns.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Drive and evolve the Eastpak (Global) and Jansport (EMEA) creative visions

  • Develop the two brands key strategic response for engaging and compelling creative outputs

  • Building relationships with the world’s leading creative agencies and collaboration partners to continually drive fresh outcomes to creative briefs

  • Leading an informed and motivated brand marketing team to deliver the seasonal brand activation calendar.

  • Collaborating with all departments and teams to define the brand strategies and find innovative and creative solutions

  • Continually improving the creative responses to a very busy brand calendar of launches and special projects.

Skills for Success

You should be a self-starter with a very curious mind, creative energy and strong eye for detail , combined with:

  • The ability to lead and develop a strong and exciting global team

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and campaign creation

  • The capability to turn your creative vision into inspiring briefs for others to take to the next level

  • An expertise in influencing stakeholders and external partners of your creative vision

  • A keen interest in the latest creative and digital trends.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or creative arts are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
