VF Corporation Altra- Sr Ecommerce Manager in Denver, Colorado
Altra is hiring a Sr Ecom Manager to define, manage and lead strategy of our digital marketing channels. This includes the planning, budgeting, vendor selection and KPIs of all performance marketing channels across paid search, SEO, display, loyalty programs, paid social and affiliate programs, with the goal of driving profitable growth from our eCommerce/Direct-to-Consumer business. This person oversees our email program including promotional and automated campaign strategy, content and audience planning, list and revenue growth. This person will be a strong people leader, be adept at developing cross channel strategies, and be experienced forecasting and managing a marketing budget to ROI. This people should also have a passion for delivering relevant and personalized customer experiences, as well as leveraging digital attribution analytics to optimize spend and execution across tactics.
Key Responsibilities:-Develop, define and drive strategy for performance marketing channels including paid search, display, paid social, affiliate and SEO programs by prioritizing growth opportunities to hit our revenue and brand goals.
-Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide tactics responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
-Be a digital thought leader to help Altra navigate the future of digital in customer journeys through paid media and personalization.-Be a leader in digital attribution adoption across teams including brand, retail, CRM and leadership and utilize attribution data to optimize media mix.-Provide a rich online experience for the customer and a destination where customers can become immersed with the brand.
-Drive sales while maintaining integrity of brand, by working under the direction of the Global Marketing team to ensure brand consistency
-Lead the Online sales and product merchandising process ensuring timely product launches
-Evolve and refine the user interaction and experience for all shopping and educational pathways on the website.
-Define and evolve the customer service component in the online sales journey to ensure
the highest quality consumer experience
-Develop and drive innovation by maximizing external partnerships with Google, Facebook, etc. and internal VF Digital Lab.-Manage annual and monthly marketing revenue forecast and actualization of paid media channels, identifying new opportunities to increase scale and deliver on performance targets.-Build a culture of experimentation by implementing rigorous testing framework to continuously test and optimize aid media channels for incremental impact.-Be a people leader in managing multiple agencies and at least 1 full time direct report.Job Qualifications:-Strong leadership skills to coach and develop direct report and manage multiple agencies.-Passion for creating compelling and personalized digital customer experiences.-Extremely organized and adept at setting priorities based on financial business goals & ROI.-Experience managing paid search, SEO, affiliate and display programs.-Experience with/interest in digital attribution.
-Experience with consumer sales and internet based retail
- Proven ability to create and implement business strategy-8+ years experience in digital marketing for a retail or consumer brand-BA/BS or equivalent experience
