VF Corporation Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner – Global Supply Chain in Denver, Colorado
This role is responsible for networking and building partnerships within the business to drive, build and support our people strategies, which will include: talent and performance management, employee retention and engagement, community program development.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Build trust and partnerships with business leaders and HR COE teams. Understand business needs and issues involving people and process; resolve issues by assisting leaders with action and development plans.
Assist in Workforce Strategies including Organizational Design, job descriptions and compensation planning for business teams
Collaborate with HR Partners to understand business needs and people strategies and develop appropriate solutions as needed. This may require close partnership with other HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management and People Services
Assist in leading Engagement programs – United Way, Habitat, Service Projects in collaboration with community team and HR team
Review Engagement Survey Feedback and lead Focus Groups with teams impacted and work to develop action plans
Be a trusted advisor for talent development solutions as appropriate
Support leadership by facilitating Talent reviews and performance calibration sessions
Evaluate needs at Department, team, and employee level and determine appropriate solution
Advise leaders on coaching, success profiles, and more
Collaborate with leaders and Compensation on Advanced compensation planning, as well as review and development of new jobs, to ensure competitive pay for new hires and associates
Onboarding assistance as needed - provide leadership for onboarding practices
Conduct Exit Interviews and perform trend analysis; present solutions
Partner with I&D for planning initiatives and training for teams

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 8+ years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BS in Business Management, Human Resources or have equivalent combination of education and experience
SPHR, SHRM- SCP helpful
8+ years of HR experience with a broad exposure to multiple disciplines and/or Generalist ideal with at least 3+ years in a manager capacity
Experience with HRIS programs, reporting and administration
Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
Agility to work with teams and individually to assist with business needs, with the ability to think strategically and how practices, programs, policies, and services could align across organization
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
- Occasional Travel up to 15%
