We are looking for skilled Managers to join our Demand and Supply Planning Teams. Become the Newest Member of The VF Family.

Come join our team at VF’s new headquarters in Denver, Colorado! We are actively recruiting for amazing talent! We are beginning to fill positions now through Fall of 2019 and proactively gathering potential candidates resumes. We will have one shared campus for many of our key brands: The North Face, JanSport, Eagle Creek, Smartwool and Altra.

We are looking for highly analytical & driven leaders that will be part of our best in class Supply Chain Organization!

Demand Planning Managers will lead a team of demand planning analysts. Ultimately, you will be responsible for analyzing historical data and identifying current trends to develop unconstrained customer demand forecasts. You will share these forecasts with cross functional teams including Finance, Sales, and Merchandising. Forecasts will impact long range planning, seasonal purchasing and in-season inventory management. You will be responsible for demand planning strategies and processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.

Supply Planning Managers will lead a team of Supply Planning Analysts. Ultimately, you will be responsible for procuring supply to meet service and inventory objectives. You will work with appropriate cross-functional teams to ensure on time deliveries from vendors and to customers. Key partners will include Global Sourcing, Logistics, Demand Planning, Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service. Additionally, you will understand capacity constraints and work to resolve issues proactively. You will be responsible for supply planning strategies and processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.

Skills for Success:

· Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years

· Ability to lead, coach and develop staff to improve performance and achieve professional goals

· Excellent Communication (verbal & written) skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Proven track record of working with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization

· Develops collaborative and diverse relationships

· Ability to understand, assess & problem solve by leveraging technical and analytical skills

· Technically Savvy (including expertise in Excel)

Educational/ Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university (preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management)

· APICS Certification is a plus

· Six-Sigma Certification is a plus

Special Requirements:

· Travel to a specific brand location (Alameda, CA/Logan UT or Steamboat, CO) until move completes

· On-going travel up to 10%
