SEC Financial Reporting Intern: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

As an intern working on the SEC Financial Reporting team you will be a vital member of our team during our first quarter earnings release and 10-Q filing process. You will aid in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements, footnotes and management’s discussion and analysis.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Assist with the completion of Footnotes to be included in our 10-Q filed with the SEC Complete analytical work to compare current year financial results with prior year results and identify unusual trends Complete supporting documentation for the MD&A and Press Release Benchmark peer company disclosures Assist with special projects within external reporting

Skills for Success:

Educational/ Position Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.

  • Completion of Intermediate Accounting course

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail
