eCommerce Coordinator (Part-Time Contract)

There is an immediate opening for a part-time eCommerce Coordinator (10-Month Contract) on our Kipling eCommerce team. The part-time eCommerce Coordinator will have a dual reporting line to the Sr. eCommerce Site Manager and the Sr. eCommerce Buyer.

What you will do:

Content Management

  • Responsible for product set up and product maintenance. Includes but not limited to categorization, product badging, product imagery, and merchandising appropriately across the site.

  • Partner to provide the developers specific instruction on site refreshments.

  • Upload marketplace promotional pricing to ensure accurate pricing across all channels.

  • QA site content and promotions as needed.

Site Merchandising

  • Sequence feature products within categories for landing pages, homepages assets, and marketing emails.

  • Work closely with Merchant team to receive the best sellers and update the category monthly.

  • Identify opportunities and improvement on the site with analytics.

Buying

  • Assist with buying responsibilities.

  • Assist with weekly selling reports.

  • Assist with Ad Hoc merchandising selling analysis as needed.

  • Support purchase order management.

  • Support sample management including but not limited to unpacking & organizing new season samples & assisting with pulling samples for photoshoots.

  • Update marketplace selling & promotional files weekly with selling data.

Skills for Success

Years of related professional experience: 2+ years’ experience in an eCommerce business.

Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

  • Passion for retail e-commerce analytics and intellectual curiosity

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to multi-task, extremely organized with attention to detail

  • Retail e-commerce experience

  • SFCC experience

  • VF Business Intelligence Tools
