Job Description

The Senior Ecommerce coordinator is responsible for supporting the Site Manager with all tasks associated with product representation across our ecommerce channels. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a larger cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-starter willing to work hard and grow with a fast-paced team.


Site Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for product set up and site content maintenance, including but not limited to product categorization and merchandising across the site

  • Work closely with cross-functional team on development of promotional and visual calendars. Responsible for maintenance and communication of calendars

  • Responsible for on-site promotion set up and QA

  • Assist in creating seasonal shotlists and requesting content asset refreshes for the site and distribution channels such as Amazon, eBay and other 3rd parties

  • Communication with developers utilizing Jira ticketing system for site content refreshes

  • Routine site QA for accuracy, reporting and resolving any errors or bugs with team and/or developers

  • Ensure products featured in categories for landing pages, homepages, and marketing emails are sequenced appropriately

  • Maintenance of monogramming assortment and set up

  • Identify site opportunities based on data reports and competitor analysis

  • Track and share out competitor activity


  • Responsible for communication of category site links in marketing briefs

  • Responsible for QA and approval of marketing emails prior to scheduling


  • Experience working within retail ecommerce industry

  • Strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills required

  • Salesforce Cloud(Demandware) experience preferred but not required

  • Scene7 experience preferred but not required

  • Google Analytics and/or Adobe/Omniture experience preferred but not required
