VF Corporation Kipling: Email Marketing Specialist (Americas) in Jersey City, New Jersey

There is an immediate opening for an Email Marketing Specialist on our Kipling eCommerce team. This position is responsible for driving customer engagement and topline sales through email and SMS marketing tactics. The Email Marketing Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager Customer Engagement.

Position: Email Marketing Specialist

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Develop, maintain, execute end to end email and SMS marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to implementation

  • Work collaboratively with Creative design team on overall strategy, content and creative

  • Utilize customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted communications to drive traffic and topline sales

  • Implement and optimize automation workflows, including welcome series, loyalty and reengagement strategies

  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize open rates, click through rates and conversion rates

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Partner with Retail Operations and other Digital Marketing partners to help drive a customer first, OMNI Channel marketing strategy

  • Develop and maintain the annual SMS and Email Marketing budget and calendars

Skills for Success

Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • At least 3+ years proven track record in managing email marketing channel, focusing on strategy, execution, and optimization.

  • Proficiency in email marketing and or SMS platforms

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Experience with analytic tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and database management

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with others

  • Best practices in strategy for driving customer conversion, retention and Omni Channel Marketing using Email and SMS

  • CRM Systems and Analytical tools such as Aptos, Sales Force, Bluecore, Google Analytics, Tableau and PowerBi

  • Tools for analyzing, planning and forecasting key Channel metrics

Hiring Range :

$57,200.00 USD - $71,500.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
