VF Corporation Data Analyst, S&R in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
Support VF's Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) team in analyzing current data management processes and business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in developing and maintaining data flows, data architecture, and ETL processes for S&R database, including processing both structured and unstructured data.
Engage with cross-functional S&R teams to gather data requirements, deliver solutions aligning with business objectives.
Automate processes to link multiple databases, eliminate manual processes, and improve accuracy.
Prepare data reports on the status of S&R programs in Excel and dashboard formats, providing insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance data management processes and business workflows within the S&R domain.
Support other S&R data requests as required.
Skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data management and development, preferably in the supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of data flows, data architecture, ETL processes, and processing of structured and unstructured data.
Proven experience or projects using Python or R.
Experience with RPA and automation software (Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate etc. preferable)
Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in functions like Power Query or VBA.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
Experience with Smartsheet functional areas is a plus.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is a plus.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-2 years Educational / Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Mathematics, or other relevant experiences.
