VF Corporation Manager, eCommerce Operation in Shanghai, China

Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :

This intermediate level position is responsible for TMALL, JD, VIP and Own.com (6 doors) product operating. This role will be responsible for collaborating closely with planning & buying team, business intelligence (paid media) and eCommerce marketing.

Key Result Areas:

  • Create and establish product strategy for traditional EC channels: TMALL, JD, VIP and Own.com.

  • Design and execute stores promotion and normal day to achieve business target.

  • Lead eCommerce product calendar plan through co-working with buying team across channels and manage the whole go-to-market process.

  • Collaborate with product team, marketing team and operation team to ensure seasonal product ranges, launch and GTM flow based on local consumer insights.

  • Track coming order delivery and potential impacts from late deliveries, short shipment, partial delivery, and raise concern to e-planning team.

  • Analysis ability of the style, design and color characteristics of best and worst seller to define business opportunities.

  • Supporting the development of conceptual assortment plans by online campaign request and determining key product attributes.

  • In-season product performance analysis, discount management, campaign product plan and closely co-work with partners to do quick actions.
