VF Corporation Manager, Finance (TNF, Asia) in Shanghai, China

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of wholesale channel financial plan and forecast process, partnering with MCO, planning, CS and commercial teams.

  • Identify both long-term and short-term risks and opportunities followed with strategic risk mitigation plans.

  • Provide insightful performance analysis vs. plan, forecast and historical data.

  • Develop and document complex financial analysis to support short-term and long-term business decisions.

  • Continuously improve finance partnership to marketing team, tracking investment effectively.

  • Develop margin analysis tool and deliver insightful and useful suggestions to commercial team.

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, drive for continuous simplification and process improvement.

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A

Minimum Supervisory Experience: N/A

Nature of Work: Marketing support experience is preferred, FMCG Background preferred.

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA preferred.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English, Chinese or any Asian Languages
