VF Corporation Analyst, Global Product Costing (Maternity Cover 9 months) in Stabio, Switzerland
VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Analyst, Global Product Costing to join our Global Product Costing team based in Stabio, Switzerland. We evaluate also application from Turkey as the position can be based in our office in Izmir.

As our Global Product Costing Analyst you will be a part of the Costing Management function for Europe, responsible for development costing activities that support 100’s of millions of dollars’ worth of product cost across certain VF brands and products.
You will support modernization and standardization of costing approaches utilizing consistent data-driven, automated, and efficient processes in partnership with VF product sourcing teams and product supply Vendors in country of manufacturing. You will work closely with the product sourcing and development teams on designing to cost/value to achieve product cost savings for the organization, leveraging “One VF” scale through use of harmonized and scalable fact-based costing methodologies. You will partner closely with other functions in the Global Product Costing Organization and product supply teams, focusing on development costing optimization and ensuring process and best practice adherence.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Operations: support seasonal development costing activities with information for negotiation with vendors and cost related analysis.
Profitability: support opportunities to design to higher profitability (e.g., closing gaps on material and construction)
Connectivity : Support connectivity and information sharing among Product Vendors, Sourcing, Global Material Supply, Finance, Engineering and Suppliers that enables a valuable One-VF Global Costing Strategy.
Team : Collaborate and align across the GPC organization as well as with product supply teams and vendors through continuous communication and proactively bring forth ideas for process improvements.
Standardization: Ensure processes adherence across all brands and regions to leverage one-VF scale and operating procedures across the enterprise.
Project participation: Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving Global Product Costing
Skills for Success
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
MS Office package (Excel knowledge is mandatory)
Eager to learn and adopt new methods, tools, technologies
Good communication skills: diplomatic, open, good listener, direct, succinct
Language Proficiency: Oral and written fluency in English
Collaborative and trusted professional with a strong work ethic
Ability to adopt change and high learning agility
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups
Experience in a global matrix environment
Ability to adapt in a new and evolving environment
